Your contribution is exempt from Income Tax in India vide certificate issue to ACT by the Director of Income Tax (Exemptions) vide their notification No. DIT / Exemptions/2007-2008/A-661/643, dated 10/07/07 valid from 01/04/2007.
This certificate entitles all our donors donating above Rs. 250/- to claim tax exemption under section 80-G of the Indian Income Tax Act.
